By accessing or using Mozopost's website, APIs, merchant portal or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. About Mozopost

Mozopost is a logistics technology platform operated by Payzed Payments Solution Private Limited that enables shipment booking, courier integrations, tracking and COD settlement.

3. Eligibility & Account

Users must have legal authority. Merchants are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate information and all activities performed using their credentials.

4. Services

Mozopost provides logistics technology services and is not the manufacturer, owner or seller of products shipped by merchants unless agreed separately.

5. Merchant Responsibilities & Prohibited Shipments

Merchants must comply with applicable laws, provide accurate shipment details, package goods securely, pay applicable charges and maintain valid KYC information. Illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or otherwise prohibited goods must not be shipped.

6. COD Settlement

COD settlements are processed according to the agreed settlement cycle. Settlements may be delayed due to banking issues, technical failures, reconciliation, regulatory requirements, fraud investigations or force majeure. Mozopost may apply proportionate partial holds or temporary full holds on disputed amounts where reasonably necessary.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Fees

Mozopost may suspend accounts, investigate suspicious activity, request supporting documents and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law. Merchants agree to pay applicable shipping charges, platform fees and taxes. Unpaid dues may be adjusted against future settlements where permitted by contract.

8. Intellectual Property & Privacy

All Mozopost trademarks, software, content and branding remain the property of Payzed Payments Solution Private Limited. Use of the platform is subject to the Mozopost Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Mozopost's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not extend to product quality, merchant representations or indirect losses. Merchants agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from unlawful products, fraud, regulatory violations or breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Force Majeure

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, misuse of the platform or non-payment. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages or government actions.

11. Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified by the Company. Mozopost may revise these Terms periodically by publishing an updated version.
